On March 13, 2023, the BOD of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company approved the loan at the following banks:

1)      Approved the credit limit at First Commercial Bank - Ho Chi Minh branch with total amount of USD5,000,000.

2)      Approved the credit limit at The Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank, Ltd-OUB branch with total amount of USD5,000,000.
