The Board resolution dated March 10, 2023, the BOD of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the contents of Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2022:

-          Report on the business result in 2022 and business plan in 2023.

-          Report on the BOD and Supervisory Board activities in 2022.

-          Plan for 2022 profit distribution

-          Report on remuneration of the BOD, the Supervisory Board, the management team in 2022 and plan for 2023.
