PET: BOD resolution on share buyback

The Board resolution dated March 17, 2023, the BOD of Petrovietnam General Services Corporation approved the redemption of shares in the stock issuance under ESOP in 2021from the employees resigned with the purchase price is not less than VND10,000/share.
