-   Ex-right date: March 27, 2023

-   Record date: March 28, 2023

1)      Reason & purpose:

-    To hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders;

-    To pay the 2^nd cash dividend in 2022.

2)      Content:

a)      To hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-   Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-   Meeting time: expected on April 27, 2023

-   Meeting venue: Nam Viet Joint Stock Company, 18F Tang Nhon Phu, Phuoc Long B ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.

b)      To pay the 2^nd cash dividend in 2022:

-   Exercise ratio: 8%/par value (800 dongs/share)

-   Payment time: April 27, 2023.

-   Place of implementation:

            + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account.
