The Board resolution dated February 28, 2023, the BOD of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved to sign the financial leasing contract at Vietnam International Leasing company (VILC) with the credit limit VND 100,000,000,000 to guarantee for subsidiaries (Nafoods Tay Nguyen Joint Stock Company, Nafoods Mien Nam Joint Stock Compnay, Chanh Leo Nafoods Joint Stock Company).
