Based on the meeting minutes dated March 01, 2023, the BOD of Lam Dong Mineral and Building Materials Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

-          Profit before tax:               147.5 billion dongs

1. The consolidated business result in 2022:

-          Revenue:                           1,113.6 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:               151.6 billion dongs

2. Approved the report on the business plan in 2023:
1. For the holding company:

-          Revenue:                           840 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:               123 billion dongs

2. For the consolidated business:

-          Revenue:                           940 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:               130 billion dongs.

3. Approved the plan for renting land in Loc Son Industrial Zone, Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province, and the establishment of the subsidiary (LBM Loc Son One Member Company Limited).
4. Approved to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 and to pay the 2^nd dividend in 2022 with the following details:

-          Record date: March 24, 2023

-          Meeting time: April 22, 2023

-          Exercise ratio: 9%
