HVN: Approved the plan for establishing Viet Nam branch

On March 28, 2023, Viet Nam Airlines JSC received Decision announced the Board resolution to approve the plan for establishing Viet Nam branch, operating from July 01,2022, and terminating the operation of the North branch, Middle branch and South branch.
