FIR: Capital contribution to establish a subsidiary

On March 29, 2023, the BOD of First Real Joint Stock Company (FIR) approved the capital contribution to establish FQ Investment Joint Stock Company (FQ) with the charter capital to VND120,000,000,000 (FIR contributed VND64,334,120,000, accounting for 53,61% charter capital of FQ). In addition, Mr Ha Than Thuc Luan will be the representative of this contributed capital at FQ.
