DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution dated March 16, 2023 regarding the approval of the agreement signing, transaction with related party – Taisho Pharmaceutical Thai Lan Co., Ltd. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 25% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
