The Board resolution dated March 09, 2023, the Board of Directors of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL) approved the vehicle purchase agreement between the Benovas Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (DCL’s subsidiary) and F.I.T Land Hoa Binh Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company with the contract value of VND1,155,000,000.
