The Board resolution dated March 15, 2023, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation approved to adjust the plan for holding the Annual General Meeting of Stakeholders 2023 as follows:

-          Estimated meeting time: from June 26, 2023 to June 30, 2023.

-          Record date: May 24, 2023 (instead of March 16, 2023).
