BCG: Change of representative of contributed capital in TRACODI

The Board resolution dated March 24, 2023, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the change of representative of contributed capital in Transport and Industrial Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRACODI) as follows:

1)      Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Mr. Bui Thanh Tam, Ms. Le Thi Mai Loan Tuyen as representative of contributed capital in TRACODI.

2)      Approved the appointment of persons in charge of the contribution capital in TRACODI

-          Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam for 20.65% of charter capital in TRACODI

-          Mr. Nguyen The Tai for 15.49% of charter capital in TRACODI

-          Mr. Pham Dang Khoa for 15.49% of charter capital in TRACODI.
