UDC: Recovery plan for controlled securities

On February 02, 2023, the Urban Development and Construction Corporation proposed the recovery plan for controlled securities as follows:

1. For the holding company: Finish the organizational restructuring proposal for transferring the lands in the South National Highway 51 project and other properties.
2. For Thanh Chi Joint Stock Company (subsidiary company, owned 52.15% by the holding company):

• Complete the reconstruction of Warehouse No.5 in Phu My Industrial Zone and implement the expansion to the limestone quarry No.4.
• Improve the business activities in 2023.
