  The Board resolution dated February 17, 2023, the BOD of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the agreement signing, transaction with related parties in 2023. The agreement value will be less than 20% the company’s total assets in the latest consolidated financial statements.
2. Approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023:
