SMA: BOD resolution dated September 23,2022

The Board resolution dated September 23, 2022, the BOD of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company approved to borrow its capital to execute the judgment of Supreme Court of Ho Chi Minh city and the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Ho Chi Minh City with total amount of VND50 billion.
