On February 02, 2023, the Board of Directors of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

1. Stock name: Stock of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company
2. Stock type: common share
3. Par value: VND10,000/share
4. Expected issue volume: 600,000 shares
5. Total issue value: VND6,000,000,000.
6. Issue ratio: 2,61%
7. Regulation on transfer:

- 100% of issue volume will be restricted in 05 years from the ending date of the offering.

- 20% of issue volume will be restricted in 03 years from the ending date of the offering.

- 20% of issue volume will be restricted in 04 years from the ending date of the offering.

8. Selling price: VND10,000/share.
