The Board resolution dated February 17, 2023, the BOD of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

-        Profit before tax:        73,745,518,932 dongs

-        Profit after tax:           59,013,313,030 dongs.

2. Approved plan for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2023:

-        Record date: March 20, 2023

-        Meeting time: April 19, 2023
