GIL: Change of charter capital

The Board resolution dated February 16, 2023, the BOD of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved the change of the company’s charter capital from VND690,000,000,000 to VND700,000,000,000 and approved the registration to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VDS) and the listing on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange HOSE for the additional issuance shares.
