On February 24, 2023, the BOD of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company proposed the recovery plan for the shares under trading suspension status as follows:

-        Actively select the auditor for the 2022 semi-annual reviewed financial statements.

-        Promptly complete and disclose the 2022 semi-annual reviewed financial statements.
