EIB: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

On February 14, 2023, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders with details as follows:

-        1. Approved the resignation for the term VII (2020-2025) of:

• Ms. Le Hong Anh – member of BOD
• Mr. Dao Phong Truc Dai – Independent member of BOD
• Mr. Trinh Bao Quoc – member of Supervisory Board.

-        2. Approved the amendment, supplement of Eximbank’s charter.

-        3. Approved the report on the investment plan for the property at 242 Binh Thoi, ward 10, district 11, Hochiminh city.

-        4. Approved the selection of the auditor for the audited financial statements in 2023
