DBT: Guarantee for the Bionex Medical., JSC's loan at Bank

The Board resolution dated February 11, 2023, the BOD of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved a guarantee for Bionex Medical., JSC to borrow capital at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam – Dong Nai Eastern branch with the maximum amount of VND21,629,000,000.
