The Board resolution dated February 13, 2023, the BOD of Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the repurchase of issued shares in the stock issuance under ESOP with details as follows:

-        Repurchase volume: 84,056 shares

-        Repurchase price: VND10,000.
