CCI: Notice of record date for AGM 2023 and dividend payment in 2022

    On February 20, 2023, Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company announces the record date as follows:

-   Record date: March 27, 2023

1. Reason & purpose: to hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay the cash dividend in 2022.
2. Contents:

a. To hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-   Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-   Meeting time: April 19, 2023

-   Meeting venue: Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company office, Bau Tre 2, Tan An Hoi, Cu Chi district, Hochiminh city (D3 street, Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone).

b. To pay the cash dividend in 2022:

-   Exercise ratio: 12.1%/par value (1,210 dong/share)

-   Payment time: April 25, 2023.

-   Place of implementation:

            + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account.

            + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company’s head office on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
