On January 18, 2023, Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the termination of Article 10 – Resolution No. 01/2022/NQ-ĐHCĐ dated April 08, 2022 by the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company (or Gelex Electricity Joint Stock Company) is allowed to buy/receive the transfer of all shares owned by Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company in Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation – JSC.
