The Board resolution dated January 19, 2023, the BOD of Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Le Van Nam as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from February 01, 2023.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from February 01, 2023.
