  The Board resolution dated January 17, 2023, the Board of Directors of KIDO Group Corporation approved the policy to transfer of a part of contributed capital in Kido Frozen Food Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-        Company name: Kido Frozen Food Joint Stock Company

-        Charter capital: VND741,600,000,000

-        Owing volume: 54,160,000 shares, equivalent to 73.03% charter capital of Kido Frozen Food Joint Stock Company

-        Expected transfer volume: 17,821,600 shares, equivalent to 24.03% charter capital of Kido Frozen Food Joint Stock Company

-        Transfer price: agreement.
