ITD: The record date for the 2021 dividend payment

On January 18, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.70/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Innovative Technology Development Corporation (stock code: ITD) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: February 13, 2023

-        Record date: February 14, 2023

I. Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2021;

II. Detailed contents:

-      Exercise ratio: 10:1

The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 01 new shares

-      Estimated issue volume: 2,127,146 shares

-      How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-      Place of implementation:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Innovative Technology Development Corporation.
