On January 12, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.42/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (stock code: DBT) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: January 30, 2023

-        Record date: January 31, 2023

I. Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2021;

II. Detailed contents:

-      Exercise ratio: 10:1

-      Estimated issue volume: 1,420,511 shares

-      How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-      Place of implementation:

+       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
