The Board resolution dated December 13, 2022, the BOD of Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Foreign Trade Of Viet Nam approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the reappointment of Mr. Le Quang Vinh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from December 15, 2022.
2. Approved the reappointment of Mrs. Phung Nguyen Hai Yen as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from December 15, 2022.
