TMS: BOD resolution dated December 07, 2022

The Board resolution dated December 07, 2022, the Board of Directors of Transimex Corporation approved to borrow capital of Long An Investment Company Limited to repay the loan to Standard Chartered Bank. Accordingly, after completing the mobilization of capital from the convertible bond public offering, Transimex Corporation will use the proceeds from the offering to settle this loan to Long An Investment Company Limited. Time of implementation in December 2022.
