The Board resolution dated December 20, 2022, the Board of Directors of Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of the first cash dividend payment ratio in 2022 as follows:

-          Record date: December 30, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 8%/share (800 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: January 16, 2023.
