Sai Gon Cargo Service Corporation announces the resolution of the BOD as follows:

Board resolution No. SCSC21 dated January 20, 2021:

1.      The BOD approved business results in 2020:

-          Revenue: VND721,665 million

-          Profit after tax: VND499,278 million

2. The BOD approved business plan for 2021:

-          Revenue: VND780,000 million

-          Profit after tax: VND540,000 million.

3.      The BOD approved business results in 2021:

-          Revenue: VND815,000 million

-          Profit after tax: VND576,000 million

4. The BOD approved business plan for 2022:

-          Revenue: VND900,000 million

-          Profit after tax: VND640,000 million.
