Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp explained the increase in the ceiling prices in five consecutive trading sessions from November 29, 2022 to December 05, 2022 as follows:

The stock price of PDR increased in the recent trading sessions due to the purchase and sale of shares determined by the investors and beyond the control of the Company.
