The Board resolution dated December 13, 2022, Mirae Joint Stock Company approved the policy to implement contracts, transaction with Mirae Fiber Tech – is a major shareholder and institution related to Chairman of the Board of Directors. Accordingly, the contract value is less than 35% the company’s total assets recorded in the company's latest financial statements.
