On December 09, 2022, Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the BOD as follows:

1. The BOD approved estimated business results in 2022:

-  Profit after tax: VND835,163 million

-  Revenue: VND2,631,000million

-  Profit after tax: VND300,000 million
