BCG: BOD resolution dated December 09, 2022

The Board resolution dated December 09, 2022, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment to the content of the Board resolution dated December 02, 2022 regarding the additional capital contribution in BCG Energy Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND500,000,000,000. Thus, total value of contribution capital of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company is VND3,698,000,000,000, equivalent to 369,800,000 shares, accounting for 82.18% charter capital of BCG Energy Joint Stock Company.
