AGM: Member of BOD was prosecuted

On December 16, 2022, through the web portals of Law Newspaper and Youth Newspaper, An Giang Import - Export Company learned that the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security (C03) proposed prosecution against Mr. Vu Ngoc Long on the crime of stock market manipulation. Accordingly, on September 09, 2022, Mr. Vu Ngoc Long submitted the Resignation Letter to the Board of Directors to resign from the position of member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
