VPG: Transferring shares in Sai Gon MIA Investment SJC

On November 22, 2022, the BOD of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the policy to transfer all shares in Sai Gon MIA Investment SJC with 5,400,000 shares, equivalent to 15% charter capital of Sai Gon MIA Investment SJC.
