UIC: Resolution on the EGM 2022

On November 14, 2022, Idico Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2022 with the following contents:

1. The EGM approved the policy of researching and investing in project of 110/22kV transformer stations to supply power to the new industrial park nationwide to expand the scope of power supply.
2. The EGM approved the business cooperation plan for rooftop solar power project with Idergy Joint Stock Company.
3. The EGM approved the resignation of Mrs. Ho Thi Hai Ha as member of the Board of Directors for the period 2020-2025.
4. The EGM approved the resignation of members of the Supervisory Board for the period 2020-2025, including:

-          Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong: member

-          Mr. Bui Duc Minh: member.

5. The EGM approved the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Cong as member of the Board of Directors for the period 2020-2025.
6. The EGM approved the additional election of Mr. Phung Dai Loc and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao as member of the Supervisory Board for the period 2020-2025.
