TLH: BoD approves to issue shares to the 2021 dividend payment

On November 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Tien Len Steel Corporation Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the 2021 dividend payment:

-          Expected issue volume: 10,211,062 shares

-          Total issue value: VND102,110,620,000

-          Issue ratio: 100:10

-          Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax. 

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be bought back with VND10,000/share.
