The Board of Directors of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2022 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  December 02, 2022

-          Payment date: December 14, 2022

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company as from December 14, 2022 .

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
