The Board resolution dated November 11, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the adjustment of the time to transfer contribution capital in Thanh Nguyen Energy Development and Investment Company Limited:

-          Transfer time: from December 2022 to Quarter I/2023 (instead of September 2022).

2. Approving the change of Representative of contributed capital in Thanh Nguyen Energy Development and Investment Company Limited:

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hieu (instead of Mr. Bui Thien Phuong Dong).
