PLX: The record date for the 2022 EGM and dividend payment

On October 28, 2022, HOSE announces the record date for the the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) and the dividend payment of Viet Nam National Petroleum Group:

1. Ex-right date:           November 09, 2022

2. Record date:             November 10, 2022

 The payment for the 2021 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:  12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

Payment date:  November 29, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viet Nam National Petroleum Group as from November 29, 2021.

For the 2022 EGM:

Meeting date:        expected on December 06, 2022       

Meeting venue:      Meeting hall floor 3A, VCCI tower, 09 Dao Duy Anh street, Phuong Mai ward, Dong Da district, Ha Noi city.
