Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp explained the decrease in the floor prices in five consecutive trading sessions from November 18, 2022 to November 24, 2022 as follows:

The stock price of PDR decreased in the recent trading sessions due to the market sentiment factors, the impact of many macroeconomic conditions and some economic conditions affecting real estate business activities.
