KHG: BOD resolution dated November 05, 2022 The Board resolution dated November 05, 2022, the BOD of Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1. Approved the list of employees who are not allowed to participate in stock issuance under ESOP in 2022: 09 persons
- Total shares are not distributed: 97,000 shares
2. Approved the adjustment to the list of employees who are allowed to participate in stock issuance under ESOP in 2022:
- Expected issuance volume: 6,376,000 shares
- Distributed volume to employees: 6,279,000 shares, equivalent to 98.48% total shares expected to be issued.
3. Approved the result of stock issuance under ESOP in 2022:
