HOSE: Reminded of information disclosure
On November 01, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the announcement of adjustment of covered warrant CPNJ2203 by KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation.
According to Announcement No.1905 dated October 19, 2022 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange regarding the record date for the third dividend payment of 2021 for the underlying securities PNJ, the ex-date was October 28, 2022.
Pursuant to regulations, the issuer must disclose the announcement of adjustment within 24 hours from having the close price of the underlying securities on the trading day prior to the ex-date. Therefore, on November 08, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind and ask KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation to comply with the regulations on the listing of covered warrants because the Company slowly disclosed the adjustment of covered warrants.
