Hai Phong Hoang Ha Paper Joint Stock Company announces the record date for the 2021 dividend payment:

-          Record date: December 12, 2022

1. Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2021;
2. Detailed contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 100:6.5

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 6.5 new shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hai Phong Hoang Ha Paper Joint Stock Company.
