GSP: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

On November 11, 2022, International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders with the following contents:

1. Approving to purchase the oil/chemical tanker with a tonnage of about 75,000 - 85,000 CBM:

- Vessel type: oil/chemical tanker with a tonnage of about 75,000-85,000 CBM;

- Total value of investment: >= 49,900,000 USD

- Time of implementation: in 2022-2023.

-  Source of capital for the project: equity and loan capital.

2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Ba Nghi as member of BOS.
