GDT: BOD resolution dated November 04, 2022

The Board resolution dated November 04, 2022, the BOD of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

- The share private placement to investors will be done after it is approved by the nearest Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

- The share issuance to pay 10% final dividend for 2021 will be implemented according to the issuance plan approved by the Board resolution dated October 14, 2022 with the estimated issuance volume of 1,936,503 shares (before the share private placement).
