GAB: The first extraordinary general meeting of 2022 is unsuccessful

On November 23, 2022, the 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were less than 50% total voting shares of the Company according to the list of shareholders closed on October 17, 2022. Therefore, the 2022 Extraordinary General Meeting of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed. The Company will organize the second Extraordinary General Meeting and announce meeting date and venue in invitation letters to shareholders.
